Steve Kendall


As a chartered engineer with a background in electronic engineering, telecoms and computing, Steve brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to project management training and coaching. Steve regularly works with CEOs and senior management teams and consults on a variety of projects with high profile clients.

Debbie Penn

PA to Steve

Debbie has over 25 years of experience supporting CEOs and working in multi-national companies. Bringing her extensive experience (including arranging visits from members of the Royal family!) Debbie supports the Oxford Projects team with meticulous attention to detail, and a wonderful sense of humour!

Laura Boundy


Having worked in global publishing, academic and educational settings for over 10 years, Laura brings a range of experience to Oxford Projects. She has a particular interest in digital and social media marketing and is always keen to try new tactics alongside tried and tested strategies.

Pamela Hunt


As a business consultant, trainer and facilitator who has successfully implemented major cultural, structural and business changes, Pamela brings a wide skillset to her work with Oxford Projects. Pamela has worked as a senior executive in major multinational organisations and is a supportive and effective consultant and trainer.

David Atkinson


David has over 30 years of management experience, including 18 years in a consultancy, training and coaching role. He has successfully worked with many leading organisations in a range of industries and he is a Fellow of the Association for Project Management.

Derek Bell


Derek has over 25 years of experience in delivering project, programme and risk management related consultancy and training. He has worked in many different sectors including the automotive, oil & gas, IT, finance and the public sector and has supported clients such as Jaguar Land Rover, BP, HP, Barclays and numerous police forces. Derek is a firm believer that the training process should be engaging and fun.

Laurence Davidson


Laurence has led and experienced many examples of business change, throughout his career. He now mainly coaches and mentors on aspects of operational and project management, working with organisations as diverse as National Grid, Royal Mail, Oxfam GB and British Medical Journal. Inspirations for Laurence include the passion of Sir David Attenborough, the clear thinking of Jim Al-Khalili, the music of Steely Dan and the humour of Bill Bailey.

Fiona Elder


Fiona is an ICF accredited coach (PCC) and consultant who works with individuals and executive teams to improve team dynamics and organisation-wide engagement to deliver results. Fiona has worked in the UK and internationally in a wide range of sectors including consumer, technology, professional services, healthcare, financial services, and government sectors.

Angus Duncan


Angus is a project management consultant and trainer with nearly 20 years’ experience. He has worked with many different clients globally, starting his early career Angus worked on a series of large-scale commercial construction projects. Angus is a passionate believer in the value of continuing education, professional training, and CPD within organisations.

Andy White


Andy has been involved in training delivery, evaluation and design for over 20 years and has worked in a wide variety of sectors including banking, finance, telecoms, and public sector organisations. He has delivered a range of subjects, currently specialising in Project Management involving the delivery of APM training and is an accredited trainer for PRINCE2 and Agile Project Management.
