The Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) (SCQF Level 6) is developed by the Association for Project Management (APM) and will give you a solid grounding for a project management career. This two-day course is ideal for those just starting their PM career, as well as experienced PMs who would like a refresher course to confirm their existing knowledge and gather new ideas.
During the course you will learn project management specific knowledge as well as the practical tools needed to successfully plan and deliver a project.
The PFQ qualification will give you the skills, knowledge, frameworks and techniques needed to confidently deliver projects and be part of a project team.
The Project Management Qualification (PMQ) (IPMA Level D, SCQF Level 7) is an internationally recognised qualification developed by the Association for Project Management (APM). It gives an understanding of all elements of project management and is suitable for those with some previous project management experience.
This five-day course is the ideal next step after the PFQ and covers budgeting and cost management, conflict management, communication, earned value management, leadership, negotiation, procurement, sponsorship and teamwork.
