Project management training
Improving your business performance requires that you make improvements, introduce new services or products, and implement change in line with your business strategy. The best way of achieving this is through the effective use of experienced and capable multi-displinary project teams.
We can offer training courses for your project managers and team members and sponsors.
Our training courses have been developed over many years, running successfully both as public courses and custom in house courses, and aim to help staff develop their capability in both the hard and soft skills of project management. The following information provides a sample of the courses we offer. More detailed information is available on request.
